Terms of use

ReppUp is a personal habit tool. Use it safely, lawfully, and with a clear understanding of what iOS ultimately controls.

Last updated 16 September 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReppUp iPhone app, website, and related services (“ReppUp” or the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ReppUp.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use ReppUp under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for maintaining control of your Apple account and device. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person.

Use ReppUp safely

Choose movements you can comfortably perform in a safe, clear space. Stop if a movement hurts or you feel unwell. You may switch exercises or turn app blocking off. Do not use ReppUp while driving or in any situation where operating a camera or exercising would be unsafe.

ReppUp does not provide medical, fitness, or professional advice. Consult an appropriate professional before beginning physical activity when you have concerns about your health or ability to exercise.

App blocking and availability

ReppUp relies on Apple permissions, Family Controls, Screen Time, camera, notification, and operating-system behavior. Apple controls those frameworks and may change, delay, restrict, or revoke their behavior. ReppUp does not guarantee uninterrupted blocking, exact re-block timing, availability of direct opening from a shield, or that access controls cannot be bypassed.

Do not rely on ReppUp to prevent access in emergencies, enforce rules on another person, monitor a child, or secure sensitive information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use ReppUp unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
  • Send unwanted invitations or nudges, harass users, or misuse accountability features.
  • Attempt to access another person’s account or data.
  • Interfere with, reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Automate abusive requests, evade safety or rate limits, or distribute malicious code through the Service.
  • Misrepresent ReppUp or use its branding without permission.

Your content and friends

You remain responsible for information you provide through ReppUp. You grant ReppUp the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that information to operate the Service. Only invite people you know and respect their decision to disconnect. Shared movement activity is not a verified medical or athletic record.

Ownership

ReppUp and its software, design, branding, text, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are covered by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service as intended. They do not transfer ownership.

Third-party services

ReppUp interacts with Apple services and may use infrastructure providers to operate accounts and notifications. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes to or unavailability of third-party services outside our control.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change or discontinue parts of the Service, including during development and beta testing. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for user safety, service security, or legal compliance. You may stop using ReppUp, sign out, or delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that ReppUp will be error-free, always available, meet a particular fitness outcome, or reduce screen time by any amount. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReppUp and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits arising from the Service. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. If a material change requires consent or additional notice, we will provide it through an appropriate channel. Continuing to use the Service after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
