Individual iPhone apps
Launch support is for apps you select individually. Website and whole-category blocking are not part of the current product.
How ReppUp works
Pick apps to block. Open one and ReppUp asks for a quick set, counts every full rep on your iPhone, then lets you back in.
01 · Pick your apps
Choose social, games, or any other iPhone apps that pull you in. Then set a daily rep goal and choose squats, push-ups, or a mix.
Change the list or switch blocking off whenever you need to. ReppUp is for building your own habits—not policing someone else.

02 · Get your reps in
Open a blocked app and ReppUp starts a quick challenge. Set your iPhone down where it can see you, wait for Ready, then hit your squats or push-ups.
The counting happens on your iPhone. No workout video is recorded, saved, or uploaded.

03 · Get back in
Complete the reps and the app you wanted opens for a limited session. Your other chosen apps stay blocked, and every set adds to your daily goal.
Apple controls the exact re-block timing, so it can vary slightly.

These are the camera-counted movements currently supported. No unvalidated exercise library is advertised.
Switch movements or turn blocking off when exercise is not appropriate. ReppUp does not trap you behind a workout.

ReppUp is being built for people who want less screen time, more movement, and a stronger daily routine.
