Delete your ReppUp account.

You can remove your account from inside ReppUp. This action is permanent and is designed to clear both account-owned server data and local ReppUp activity.

In the iPhone app

Delete in four steps.

  1. Open ReppUp.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion.

Keep ReppUp open until it reports that deletion is complete. Active app blocking should be removed as part of the process.

Deletion removes

  • Your ReppUp account and profile
  • Workout and app-access history
  • Stored daily step totals
  • Friend relationships and pending invitations
  • Push-notification tokens
  • Local ReppUp activity and app-blocking state

Limited security or legal records may be retained only where required by law or reasonably necessary to secure the service.

Can’t access the app?

Ask support to help.

Email farish@elowenworks.com from the email address associated with your account. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, use the private relay address tied to ReppUp when possible.

Support may ask for limited information to verify the account. Never send your Apple password, camera images, blocked-app list, or Health records.

Deleting ReppUp from your iPhone is not the same as deleting your account. Use the in-app deletion flow or contact support first.
